Getting the Most from your Juice
For the best nutritional benefits, we recommend beginning with 50ml each evening, taken an hour before bedtime. The ideal amount ranges from 50–100ml, allowing you to adjust based on your preference. You can dilute it with warm, still, or sparkling water to suit your taste. Please avoid directly heating the juice. Once opened, store it in the fridge, where it will remain fresh for up to one month.

Cherry Juice FAQ
Our Juice has a shelf life of two years and once opened will remain fresh for up to one month if stored in the fridge. We also suggest shaking the bottle before pouring.
Our cherry juice is simply made from 2kgs of cherries. There is no added sugar or preservatives. For this reason, our Juice is very low risk for complications however we suggest talking to your local pharmacist, diabetic nurse, midwife, or GP if you have any specific questions
Cherries are a natural source of melatonin, the hormone responsible for regulating sleep. We have many customers who tell us that a glass before bed helps them improve their quality of sleep. We recommend beginning with 50ml each evening which you can increase to 100ml, taken an hour before bedtime.
Cherry Juice has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, and we have many customers who tell us, our Juice gives them some relief from joint pain, arthritis and gout.

About Eden Orchards
Eden Orchards is a family-owned business, founded by Gary Bignell, who has been growing and selling cherries since he was a teenager.
Gary noticed that a lot of New Zealand’s amazing fruit was getting thrown away just because of a few blemishes. And in typical Kiwi style, he got creative and dedicated Eden Orchards into repurposing cosmetically imperfect fruits into juice.
In 2017, they produced their first batch of 100% pure cherry juice, harnessing the rich, smooth flavor of dark Central Otago cherries. This juice not only tastes amazing but is packed with high antioxidants and melatonin, offering numerous health benefits including improved sleep and overall well-being.
